Before you call
- Ask for a written quote for the entry, and ask which port charges and landing fees sit outside it.
- Have the invoice, proof of payment and shipping documents ready. A broker cannot file a C13 without them.
- For a vehicle, give the engine size and year up front. They decide the duty rate, from 10% to 65%.
